I've sampled many summer sausages on the market, including the name brands and have been disappointed. by the lack of flavor and quality - they just aren't that good anymore. Jim's Blue Ribbon is a pleasant exception. It is excellent! Not only tasty, but clearly, high-quality ingredients are used. I recommend it and will definitely buy more!
