We bought the Gotteburg Summer Sausage because it is very close in flavor and taste to what we were eating in Denmark. Since we can’t bring back meats to the US , we were happy to find & enjoy this sausage.

Gottenburg has been a staple on Christmas Eve as long as I can remember. We are of Swedish ancestry and have kept the tradition going. I am now 73 and I know my children will keep it up when I no longer can. I just wish the little outlet store in Oshkosh was still open or a pickup location.
