This one knocks it out of the park! I've been looking for a solid medvurst/Gothenborg source for a few years. It's an important part of the family's Swedish holidays but Scandinavian markets have been disappearing in Massachusetts. The Busch Gottenburg* natural casing sausage is the real deal. Nicely smokey, tangy with a just-tender-enough texture. One of the best summer sausages I've ever had. *This one particular sausage is hard to search on the web due to the countless names & spellings it goes by.
