      This sausage is the best by far. I enjoyed this as a child living in Illinois. where it was sold in many grocery stores..I moved to Texas and could not find it anywhere. I order from Silver Creek and have the opportunity again to enjoy this great sausage. It is not greasy but truly flavorful just by itself or on crackers and makes a great snack anytime of the day.

      I get this wonderful Swedish-style sausage every year for our Christmas Eve smorgesbord. It's a favorite of our family and has a taste you just don't get with other "summer sausages". Thank you for carrying this hard-to-find sausage. It goes wonderfully with the Scandinavian rye wheels (crisp bread).

      My grandchild commented that this sausage is the main reason he's glad he's Swedish. This sausage is an essential ingredient in our Christmas celebrations. It is delicious!!!!
