      I grew up eating this Sausage, Gorski's Food Fair in Roselle, IL used to sell it at the deli counter when I was a kid. I was so blessed to find Silver Creek sells it, it is not oily like some summer sausages get when they get warmer from sitting out. The flavor of this sausage is awesome, I bought three like these for my holiday gatherings and gifts
