Egg Scramble & Sausage

Serves 6


8 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup diced Gottenburg Sausage

¼ cup green onion finely sliced*

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper


Combine eggs and milk in a bowl. Scramble until blended.

Stir in salt and pepper, set aside mixture.

Spray a large frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.

Add sausage and onions to the pan. Stir and warm until onions are tender.

Pour egg mixture over sausage and onions and blend, scrambling eggs and meat together until eggs are firm.

*if you don’t like onions, feel free to leave out

Serve with fruit and toast if desired.
