Luxembourg sausage
The best luxie sausage that will never totally replace the luxie's made by Lee's meats while in business in Des Plaines Illinois, but by far the 2nd place winner that is obtainable. We send them to many family members including ourselves as a memorable and delicious holiday treat every year.

Tasty!
Ordered this for my dad for Christmas. We are of Luxembourgish descent so maybe we're a little biased, but we do enjoy this sausage!

Luxemburg Sausage
So delicious!!! I love to cut it into chunks and mix with cooked rice and sauerkraut then bake covered for about 30 minutes. So yummy!

Brings Back Memories!
As the daughter of one of the former owners of Fred Busch Sausage Company (he was also the nephew of Fred Busch), I grew up on this stuff. One thing makes me cringe, though--my dad would roll over in his grave if he saw it cooked and served warm. It's best to eat it sliced cold (great for cocktail hour snacks or charcuterie). My mother used to hang several (in natural casing) on the clothesline in the basement so that they could dry out a bit. This stuff is too good to be hidden in other strong flavors such as sauerkraut!

Luxembourg sausage
4 stars because it's a very good ( almost original in taste and texture! ) Luxembourg Sausage. Would have given 5 stars if Luxembourg was spelled correctly. :)

Luxemburgsausage
This is a family favorite. It’s on Thanksgiving table as some family members don’t eat turkey. It’s a surprise treat when we have it for dinner at other times.

Delicious sausage. The same taste that I remember getting from a Luxembourg meat shop in my youth.
