      I grew up in Chicago and ate Fred Busch summer sausage all the time. I was very fortunate to find this online and order some. This sausage is especially great on rye with Swiss. Buy some and then buy another one.

      My family has long been a lover of Busch Summer Sausage. A few years back we moved to the Jacksonville, Florida area and can no longer find it in stores around here. Silver Creek Specialty Meats has been a real gift to us. We look forward to our package arriving every time we order.

      Summer sausage consistantly delicious. Can not find Busch in NE Florida stores/delis. Used to have my sister send me Busch from Chicago where I’ve enjoyed it all my life until I moved to Fla.
