We will be accepting boneless venison trim through March 17th (Saint Patrick's Day)
Require a minimum of 5lbs of venison.

Where do I bring my Venison
Bring your venison to our factory/ outlet store location. We are located at 153 West 28th Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54902
We are open for pick ups and drop off Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm All orders must be picked up by June 30th at the latest. If orders are not picked up before this time they will be donated to the local food pantry.
The meat should be taken to receiving dock one to be weighed. Please push the buzzer located to the left of the dock doors for service. Do NOT bring venison meat into the front office. Once the meat is weighed you will receive a slip with the weight on it which you will take into the office located on the east side of the building to place your order.
Venison Handling Instructions
When bringing in venison please have the meat de-boned and put into clear plastic food grade bags. The meat must be cleaned, it can be fresh or frozen when brought in.
- Venison must be from deer harvested in the current hunting season only
How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Processing takes approximately 8-12 weeks to complete after the meat has been dropped off at the processing facility. You will receive a phone call letting you know your order is ready. Please make sure the phone number you give on your order sheet is correct. If there is a change in phone numbers please contact the office at Silver Creek Specialty Meats and inform them of the change. Once you are called it is very important you get here as soon as possible to pick up your order. All orders are paid for when you pick them up. We accept cash, credit, and checks.
How is the venison processed?
Due to the size of our equipment all the venison is mixed to create batches large enough to run. The meat is inspected to ensure wholesomeness by our sausage makers prior to using it in products. This means that if you want your own meat back you will need to bring in 200# of venison meat to put into one product otherwise the meat you bring in will be combined with the other venison brought in to create a 200# batch.
