Yields 6 servings
½ cup shredded carrots
2 summer squash
½ cup onion
1-2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Slice Landjaegers into bite sized pieces and set aside
Spiralize zucchini and summer squash
Dice onion and mince garlic
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Stir fry all veggies until tender 15 - 20 minutes
Mix in Landjaegers to warm as they are fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to your taste preference and serve.
