Shipping Policy
Orders placed after Wednesday, unless Overnight, will not ship until
the following Monday.
Overnight orders placed after Thursday will not ship until the following
Monday.
We ship via ground service to all continental United States locations.
This ensures that your orders arrive quickly.
During summer months, we can only ship by Overnight or 2nd Day Air Service to locations outside of Wisconsin and adjacent states.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please use Overnight or 2nd Day Air price.
Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments.
Sorry, we cannot ship by U.S. Postal Service, or to post office boxes
or APO/FPO addresses.
We cannot be responsible for non-delivery when the zip code and/or
addresses are incomplete and/or incorrect. If the error is yours,
we will correct the address as required, reship the package and you
will be charged accordingly. Also double-check to see that arrive
by dates (where applicable), quantities, item numbers and amounts
are listed and correct.
Return/Refund Policy
Please keep in mind that food items are not returnable. With that said,
we understand that occasionally packages will be damaged or delayed
in shipment. In these rare cases we will replace the product or refund
your money. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, DO NOT DISCARD IT!!
The shipper may wish to see the package. Try to keep the package in a cooler
or refrigerator until it is inspected, picked up or you are instructed to
discard it by us. To start the return process please call us at
1-800-729-2849 and explain the problem to us.
Replacement Policy
We are not a large corporation but instead a family owned business
interested in providing quality products & service. Our loyal
employees will fill your order exactly as ordered whenever possible.
We reserve the right to substitute without prior notice if there is
a shortage of a certain item. We guarantee a similar item of equal
